Drive mortgage growth through referral networks and home financing expertise at BMO, serving customers from 6980 Mumford Road, Unit 312.
As a Mortgage Specialist in Retail Banking Sales & Service, you will build relationships that generate mortgage business and expand BMO’s home financing market share. You will identify sales opportunities, guide customers through applications, and collaborate with branch teams. The work includes marketing programs, customer advocacy, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Build referral relationships generating mortgage business and originations
Identify sales, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities
Guide customers through mortgage applications and processing
Partner with branches to finalize mortgage documentation
Resolve or escalate issues for timely funding
Requirements:
Knowledge of mortgage products and services
Understanding of regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
Ability to work mostly independently
Sound risk-informed judgment within approved requirements
