Put clients first as an RBC Client Advisor in East Hants, using communication and digital literacy to deliver personalized branch service.
This regular part time position supports the Personal and Commercial Banking platform. You will complete transactions, identify advice opportunities, and help clients embrace RBC digital capabilities. The work also involves client discovery, partner introductions, and resolving banking problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage branch clients and complete transactions
Identify opportunities for advice and digital enablement
Introduce clients to RBC partners and solutions
Resolve and prevent client banking problems
Maintain partner relationships across One RBC
Requirements:
Goal-oriented, client-first approach
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops
Flexibility to work varied hours
Willingness to learn financial concepts and pursue accreditation
