Serve TD customers in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, using accurate financial transactions and clear advice on banking solutions. This is a 15-hour role.
As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal & Commercial Banking customers at the branch. You will understand needs, recommend suitable solutions, resolve concerns, and deliver positive experiences. The position requires customer service, transaction processing, administration, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
Connect personally with customers about banking processes
Requirements:
High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous verbal and written communication skills
Bring transaction accuracy, customer service, and banking solution knowledge to TD Canada Trust customers in Dartmouth.
