Senior Risk Analytics Analyst

Senior Analysts join affirm’s Risk & Analytics organization through a shared process spanning multiple teams. You will own complex analytical problems end to end, translate data into business strategy, and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. Potential placements include Fraud, Core Analytics, Servicing, Point of Sale, Direct to Consumer/Card, and International Expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize business, risk, or growth strategies
Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends
Build metrics for scalable risk, fraud, or growth models
Translate regulations into policy and product recommendations
Mentor analysts and develop AI-assisted workflows
Requirements:
Two to five years in consumer lending, credit, or fintech
Degree in a quantitative field
Advanced SQL, Python, or scripting proficiency
Expertise in data mining, visualization, and statistical modeling
Experience leading cross-functional analytical initiatives
Apply advanced analytics, regulatory insight, and strategic judgment as a Senior Analyst across affirm’s Risk & Analytics teams.
