Branch Manager Financial Advisor

Lead RBC’s Guysborough branch through financial advice, team leadership, and business growth in a full-time hybrid banking role. Use expertise across everyday banking, investments, and credit.

As Branch Manager Advisor, you spend 40–50% advising clients and 50–75% leading branch operations. You guide personal and business banking conversations, acquire new clients, deepen relationships, and deliver RBC’s Advice Experience. This role combines people management, local market leadership, and financial solutions.

• Manage teams delivering exceptional client experiences through advice
• Lead digital enablement and client self-service education
• Provide complex advice and model key client behaviors
• Connect with local clients and Centers of Influence
• Coach employees and improve team proficiency

• Valid Mutual Funds accreditation through applicable Canadian courses
• Complete Branch Compliance Officer course or exam within four months
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on business acquisition
• Experience in business and personal banking preferred
• Minimum three years’ people management experience preferred
