As a Records Analyst 2, you will oversee the operational functions of the records management program. This role emphasizes developing retention schedules, managing the RIM program, and supervising record analyst positions. You'll also implement solutions for records management issues while working collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance records accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage compliance with records management legislation
• Develop and update records retention schedules
• Supervise and mentor Record Analyst team members
• Implement the transition to the updated File Net EMR system
• Analyze records management processes for improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Two years of experience in records management
• Knowledge of Nova Scotia legislation
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RIM systems
