Hagerty Consulting seeks a Response Senior Managing Associate to proactively address client needs during emergencies. This role requires being ready for deployment within 24 to 72 hours and contributing strategic guidance during response missions. You will collaborate with various agencies to ensure efficient execution of response objectives, leveraging your extensive experience in policy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive response plans

• Enhance operations in emergency management centers

• Advise on federal/state regulations as a policy expert

• Oversee resource allocation and staff management

• Relay updates and maintain client partnerships

Requirements:

• Accredited bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 7 years in relevant fields

• NIMS/ICS credentials for emergency management

• Expert in Microsoft Office tools

• Flexible for extended shifts based on operations
