In this full-time position, you will act as a liaison among project teams, clients, and government agencies to secure necessary approvals. With a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in municipal planning or site acquisition, you will effectively navigate the permitting landscape. This vital role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, leading to successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify siting requirements for installations
• Develop rapport with local authorities for approvals
• Submit complex documentation to varied agencies
• Participate in zoning and planning meetings
• Manage application timelines and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Proven navigation of local zoning laws

• Registered Professional Planner status highly desired
