Join us as a Nail Salon Manager, where you will lead a talented team and enhance customer satisfaction. This permanent full-time role offers $32.90 per hour.
In your capacity as Manager, you'll be crucial in directing all operational aspects of the nail salon. Responsibilities span from planning daily activities, managing budgets, hiring staff, to addressing customer feedback. Your expertise in creating business plans and compiling inventory reports will significantly impact salon performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations and evaluate performance
• Hire and train salon employees with care
• Plan and control inventory and budget efficiently
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Develop business plans to continuously improve
Requirements:
• Completion of College/CEGEP program necessary
• 1-2 years of related management experience required
• Effective interpersonal skills and strong judgment
• Highly organized and reliable work ethic
• Position requires physical presence, no remote work
