Continuing Care Assistant; CCA

• Provide personal care to patients (grooming, dressing, bathing, etc.)
• Travel from patient to patient, completing several home visits per day
• Prepare meals and assist with meal‑time
• Basic housekeeping duties
• Provide companionship and support the well‑being of patients
• Assist with personal hygiene care including showering and bathing
• Support basic activities of daily living

• CCA designation
• Experience in providing personal care (required)
• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license and insurance (strongly preferred)
• Ability to pass or satisfy a Criminal Background screening on hire
