Position: Continuing Care Assistant Full-Time Role

We're looking to fill seven full-time Continuing Care Assistant positions. This role includes helping patients with personal care tasks, preparing meals, and assisting with basic housekeeping. Valid driver’s license and vehicle access are required as you will complete several home visits each day to offer personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with grooming, bathing, and dressing

• Conduct multiple home visits daily to provide care

• Prepare meals and aid during mealtimes

• Complete basic housekeeping duties

• Foster companionship and support patient health

Requirements:

• CCA designation is a must

• Required experience in personal care

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen needed

• Negative TB Test mandatory

• Proficient in English, both written and oral
