Master's Level Social Worker for Adults

Join a dedicated team as a Master's Level Social Worker focusing on adult mental health and addictions. This part-time role emphasizes timely, evidence-based assessments and treatments within a supportive clinical framework.
Reporting to the Manager, Adult Outpatient - Mental Health & Addictions, you will integrate your Master’s degree in Social Work and two years of clinical experience to serve adults with Tier-3 mental disorders. Collaboration in consultation groups and adhering to clinical care pathways are integral to this position’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based psycho-social treatments for patients

• Contribute to group consultations for collaborative support

• Adhere to ethical practices in patient care

• Supervise and mentor psychology residents and students

• Communicate effectively with patients and staff members
Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, eligible for registration

• Minimum two years clinical experience with adult populations

• Expertise in DSM formulation and psycho-social care

• Knowledge of Stepped Care frameworks and clinical pathways

• Proven ability to manage time and maintain confidentiality
