In this enriching role, you will support a highly skilled team dedicated to patients' ocular health. Key Responsibilities:
• Sterilize surgical instruments and set up tools for use
• Provide empathetic care before and after procedures
• Clarify medication schedules to patients post-surgery
• Ensure smooth patient transitions in and out of the OR
• Identify and communicate patient safety risks promptly
Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills for patient interaction
• Prior experience in healthcare is an asset
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy
• Comfort with technology and Microsoft 365
• Flexible scheduling available, primarily Monday to Friday
