Working within MIMOSA’s Medical Affairs team, you will be the vital link between research operations and customer projects. You will manage clinical data systems, lead ethics reviews, and design project workflows to enhance team efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external clients

• Manage EDC platforms and ensure data integrity

• Lead ethics submissions and regulatory compliance

• Oversee budgets and funding administration

• Support logistical planning for advisory panels and KOL engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific field

• 5 to 7 years of experience in research or affairs

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and ethical practices

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Proficient in project management and data analysis tools
