Elevate your career as a Personal Support Worker with Para Med Home Health Care in Corbeil, Ontario. Provide vital support for patients in their homes and enhance their daily living experiences.
In this full-time role, you will service areas including Corbeil, Bonfield, Rutherglen, and Mattawa. You'll assist patients with personal care needs, meal preparation, and take an active role in their overall well-being. A valid PSW certificate and transportation for community visits are required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Prepare and provide meals based on care plans
• Undertake basic housekeeping and offer companionship
• Help patients maintain independence and dignity
• Communicate effectively with family and care teams
Requirements:
• Current Personal Support Worker Certificate
• Ability to show compassion and care
• Reliable and flexible approach to patient needs
• Valid driver license and access to transport
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
