Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients to the clinic with warmth
• Instruct patients about eyewear that matches their needs
• Accurately interpret and execute optical prescriptions
• Measure for correct fitting of eyewear
• Oversee billing and payment documentation
Requirements:
• Experience in optical or retail is beneficial
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a busy environment
• Familiarity with MS Office and other computer skills
• Strong communication skills with a patient-focused mindset
