In this permanent full-time position, the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator will play a vital role in the AMS program, working closely with the AMS Physician Lead. Utilize your proficiency in clinical research, quality improvement, and project planning to promote safe and effective antimicrobial use. Collaboration with various health services and organizations is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor within the AMS program
• Coordinate with Division of Infectious Diseases and partners
• Strategically plan and evaluate AMS initiatives
• Manage AMS program metrics and performance indicators
• Foster quality improvement projects and clinical research
Requirements:
• PharmD with five years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Licensure eligibility with Nova Scotia Pharmacy Regulator
• Advanced clinical and communication skills
• Teaching abilities for undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Critical appraisal and research skills
