This role is essential to maintaining an organized clinic environment while requiring a commitment of at least 10 hours weekly, with potential for additional hours. You will coordinate patient appointments, manage billing, and facilitate insurance processes, all while ensuring that every patient feels valued and informed throughout their care journey.

• Coordinate and manage appointments effectively
• Educate patients on sleep therapy options and assessments
• Handle billing processes and insurance claims
• Keep clinic environment well-maintained and organized
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service and people skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with quick adaptability
• Experience in healthcare or administrative roles
• Comfortable with digital tools and EMR accuracy
