We are currently seeking a  Patient Care Coordinator  to join our team in the Greater Halifax area - covering the four clinic locations on an as needed basis. Evening and Saturday shifts will be required. This role has a minimum of 10 hours per week commitment with opportunity to grow in hours.

In this important front‑line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.

What you’ll be doing :

Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values

What you bring:

A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
Detail‑oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic
A team‑first mindset and a solutions‑focused approach
Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided)
Bonus points for additional languages

Why you’ll love working here:

Employee Family Assistance Program
Wellness + vacation hours
Employee discounts on products/services
A supportive, passionate, and fun team culture
