This position involves delivering individual and family therapy, adjusting treatment plans, and closely monitoring client advancement. You'll work collaboratively with a team to ensure comprehensive care and communicate effectively with referral partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage diverse mental health concerns across client populations
• Develop treatment plans based on client assessments
• Participate in team case conferences regularly
• Document progress and treatment adjustments timely
• Conduct educational outreach and public sessions
Requirements:
• Active Registered Occupational Therapist designation
• Relevant master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years working in mental health
• Experience in virtual care is an asset
• Proven communication and decision-making skills
