At Closing the Gap Healthcare, we are looking for Pediatric Occupational Therapists to enhance our home and community-based therapy services.

This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, promoting a creative and adaptable approach to therapy. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with a comprehensive healthcare team, ensuring clients receive the best care tailored to their environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create individualized therapy plans based on real home environments

• Develop equipment and health promotion strategies for clients

• Collaborate with families on holistic treatment planning

• Incorporate both face-to-face and virtual care methods

• Deliver innovative solutions for diverse client conditions

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution

• Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

• Valid Driver’s License and dependable vehicle
