This role at IWK Health involves working in a family-centered care department dedicated to young children's needs. As an Occupational Therapist, you'll assess and address developmental performance issues, ensuring effective care coordination. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments for children with developmental concerns
• Provide intervention and follow-up with clients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy plans
• Share responsibilities with the Occupational Therapy team
• Participate in educational meetings and committees
Requirements:
• WFOT-approved Occupational Therapy program graduate
• Registration with Nova Scotia Occupational Therapy Regulator
• Community clinical experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and Class 5 Nova Scotia Driver's License
