Position: Children’s Occupational Therapist at IWK Health
Join IWK Health as an Occupational Therapist specializing in children's care in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This role focuses on assessing and supporting infants and preschoolers experiencing developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment and intervention for pediatric clients

• Liaise with daycare, preschool, and school staff

• Document and record clients' progress and program plans

• Support and supervise Rehabilitation Assistants as needed

• Engage in team and advocacy meetings related to pediatric care

Requirements:

• Graduate from a WFOT approved occupational therapy program

• Registered with NSOTR and eligible for CAOT membership

• Knowledge of pediatric developmental disabilities

• Community clinical experience is preferred

• Reliable transportation and valid Class 5 driver’s license
