Take the lead as a Clinical Supervisor overseeing community care assistants in a supportive team environment. Your expertise in clinical assessment and intervention will ensure exceptional care delivery.
In this full-time role, the Clinical Supervisor will supervise community care assistants and those in training. You’ll utilize your clinical skills to assess, implement, and evaluate care interventions, ensuring compliance with standards and policies. Strong leadership and collaborative problem-solving will be vital as you engage with staff and patients to address concerns and enhance clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise CCA and CCAIT to ensure compliance with standards
• Address and resolve concerns from patients and community staff
• Lead regular team meetings and huddles for ongoing support
• Initiate investigations into patient safety incidents
• Collaborate with nursing teams on documentation and reporting
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse registration in good standing
• 3-5 years of nursing practice experience
• Strong patient health assessment skills
• Proven experience in team leadership and management
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
