At Shannex, the Client Medication Assistant plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for residents. You will assist with recreational planning, coordinate prescription changes, and monitor client health. This position involves working closely with health services to ensure consistent care and support day-to-day functions within a vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with client recreation and leisure activities
• Manage prescription changes and refills effectively
• Organize daily work assignments based on client needs
• Observe and report changes in client health status
• Maintain documentation for care provided
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Completion of relevant health and human services programs
• Clear Criminal Record Check required
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
• Strong prioritization and communication skills
