As a Clinical Leader, you will support the effective operation of IWK Health's rehabilitation services, including Rehab Clinic and Assistive Technology.
Your role will involve mentoring clinicians, fostering development, and driving evidence-based practice. You will coordinate closely with other leaders to ensure services meet community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct clinical care consistent with service philosophy
• Provide orientation and coaching for rehabilitation staff
• Implement evidence-based practices and methodologies
• Facilitate interprofessional collaboration among teams
• Ensure development of efficient patient care strategies
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a health-related field
• Minimum 5 years in children's rehabilitation
• 2 years in leadership or clinical supervision
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Commitment to equity and diversity in healthcare
