Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and dispense various medications for patients

• Compound sterile and non-sterile medications safely
• Engage in pharmacy quality programs and patient safety initiatives
• Utilize automation and inventory systems effectively
Requirements:
• Accredited graduate of a Pharmacy Technician Program
• Licensure and registration in Nova Scotia required
• BLS certification is essential
• Experience as a pharmacy technician in healthcare
• Knowledge of medical terminology and inventory management
