Clinical Director BCBA

Position: Clinical Director BCBA at Accel Therapies
Shape clinical success as the Clinical Director (BCBA) at Accel Therapies, primarily supporting ABA services in a remote role. Lead clinical teams and ensure high standards across centers.

You will provide leadership and guidance to Clinical Supervisors while facilitating effective client treatment across various markets, including California and beyond. Your expertise in ABA will be integral to mentoring staff and maintaining clinical integrity as Accel Therapies expands its reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead Clinical Supervisors remotely

• Validate quality clinical outcomes through assessments

• Oversee treatment planning and monitor client progress

• Foster strong collaboration across multiple centers

• Partner with Operations to manage staffing effectively

Requirements:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field

• Mandatory BCBA certification

• At least 3 years of BCBA experience, including leadership

• Comfort with technology and virtual communication

• Compliance with health and safety requirements required
