In this role, you will provide critical assistance and care to residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and comfort. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver resident-centered care regarding nutrition and health
• Document and communicate changes in care promptly
• Assist in implementing resident care plans daily
• Approach all tasks with professionalism and respect
• Engage in medication administration training as needed
Requirements:
• Certification from an accredited PSW program
• Expertise in effectively prioritizing tasks
• Knowledge of infection control and dignity in care
• Capacity to manage stress in a caregiving environment
