This role offers an opportunity to lead meal ordering accuracy and ensure patient safety while developing your leadership skills.
As a key figure in the NFS Provincial Standards & Initiatives department, you will report to both the Manager and the Provincial Culinary Chef Manager. Your expertise in Nutrition and Dietetics will anchor critical responsibilities including overseeing meal compliance with dietary restrictions, collaborating on quality improvement initiatives, and guiding administrative dietitians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure meal ordering accuracy within Nutrition and Food Services
• Lead analysis to enhance compliance with dietary needs
• Guide administrative dietitians in software tasks
• Act as liaison between frontline staff and management
• Develop training for new staff and learners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
• Completion of an accredited dietetic internship
• Current NSRD licensure or eligibility
• Minimum two years of dietitian experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
