Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic

• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes

• Perform pre-testing to assist eye care services

• Coordinate appointments and prepare prescription printouts

• Manage billing, payment, and eyewear pickups

Requirements:

• Retail experience is considered an asset

• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required

• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
