Multi-Site Sonographer Position

As a key member of the Diagnostic Imaging Team, you will handle both routine and specialized ultrasound procedures and report directly to the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging. You will primarily work at the QEII Health Sciences Centre and may be scheduled at the Bayer’s Lake Community Outpatient Clinic, requiring site-to-site travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform ultrasound scans accurately and efficiently
• Ensure patient comfort and care during procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in diagnostics
• Travel between multiple sites as necessary
• Stay current with ultrasound technologies and practices
Requirements:
• Accredited Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound graduate
• Licensure from NSCMIRTP required
• Current CPR Certification
• Experience in the field is preferred
• Multilingual abilities are an asset
