Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and ensure a positive reception
• Manage patient expectations effectively
• Assist in delivering patient-focused care
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 to 2 years experience in customer service or reception
• Bilingual in English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
• Valid BLS certification per AHA or American Red Cross guidelines
• Commitment to community health and exceptional service
