This managerial role requires you to lead a laboratory team dedicated to accurate and efficient testing processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide daily lab operations and monitor quality metrics
• Manage task assignments and team priorities
• Facilitate training and developmental opportunities for staff
• Oversee laboratory supplies and inventory management
• Address compliance and quality assurance initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in a regulated laboratory setting
• Expertise in clinical testing and laboratory regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Clinical Lab Scientist license preferred
