As a Back-End Pharmacy Technician, your role is crucial in meeting patient medication needs and regulatory standards. You will thrive in various workstations focusing on order fulfillment and medication dispensing within our closed-door pharmacy. Your efforts will directly impact the care provided to patients in skilled nursing facilities and chronic care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rotate through various pharmacy workstations
• Ensure accurate medication packaging and dispensing
• Receive and stage product deliveries for distribution
• Coordinate stock rotation and inventory management
• Collaborate with team members on pharmacy activities
Requirements:
• Certification as per state law
• Minimum one year of pharmacy technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED verification required
• PTCB National Certification preferred
• Experience in long-term care settings a plus
