Positioned within the Brain and Creativity Institute, you'll manage participant engagement and data collection for a pivotal project on mental health resilience. Your responsibilities will include recruiting participants, scheduling assessments, and communicating with research subjects.
You'll work with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to advanced studies that monitor mental health through digital correlations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage participant recruitment and retention efforts
• Schedule and coordinate lab and remote assessments
• Explain study protocols and obtain consent
• Collect neurophysiological data like EEG
• Maintain and organize study documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Psychology or related field
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in data management tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain participant confidentiality
