This full-time, casual position is based in Central Zone at the Victoria Building - QEII. You will ensure compliance with Federal Regulatory laws, perform regular billing processes, and collaborate with Clinical Trials Monitors and Investigators.
Your role is critical in managing drug trial prescriptions and training fellow pharmacy staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of Clinical Drug Trials
• Maintain drug accountability and documentation
• Train pharmacy staff on dispensing drug trial prescriptions
• Perform regular reporting and billing processes
• Collaborate with Clinical Trials Monitors and Investigators
Requirements:
• Graduate of accredited Pharmacy Technician Program
• Licensure in Nova Scotia as Pharmacy Technician
• BLS certification required
• Experience in hospital pharmacy practice preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and inventory control
