In this full-time Clinical Manager position, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services and administer key functions at the Provincial Office. Your focus will be on cultivating a safe, ethical, and productive work environment while engaging with diverse community partners. This role encompasses comprehensive oversight of clinical quality, program development, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead service planning and quality assurance across clinical operations
• Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment and support
• Manage financial requirements, enhancing resource efficiency
• Develop and evaluate clinical programs with a patient-centered approach
• Promote staff education and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
• Master's in Audiology or Speech-Language Pathology
• Registered with the Nova Scotia Regulator or eligible
• At least three years of clinical experience, two in pediatrics
• Proven management/supervisory experience in healthcare
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
