In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the Long Term Care team, fostering meaningful relationships with residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities and providing emotional and social support, all within a nurturing environment focused on individual wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with eating, grooming, and daily hygiene
• Foster communication with sensory aids as needed
• Administer medications following prescribed training
• Provide easy access to assistive mobility devices
• Engage residents in wellness programs and activities
Requirements:
• Completion of a Personal Support Worker program
• Strong attention to details in caregiving
• Compassion and dedication to resident well-being
• Proficiency in bedside care procedures
• Eligibility to work in Canada
