Part-Time Paramedic

Serve your community as a part-time Paramedic with Halifax County, responding to emergency calls and providing critical medical care. This role requires swift assessment and action on various health emergencies.

As a part-time Paramedic, you will assess emergencies, administering medications and IV solutions while ensuring patient transport to medical facilities. You must possess a high school diploma, North Carolina Paramedic credential, and potentially CIT training. This role supports your skills by allowing work up to 24 hours weekly on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency medical calls with urgency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Current North Carolina Paramedic credential
