In this role, as a Program Consultant, you will provide behavioral assessments and tailored treatment recommendations. You will design and oversee skill promotion programs while facilitating mediator training and community education initiatives. Your understanding of behavioral therapy across special populations will be crucial in delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients
• Develop and monitor intervention programs for behavior enhancement
• Implement training sessions for community mediators
• Evaluate the effectiveness of workshops and in-service training
• Support ongoing education for parents and agencies
Requirements:
• Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle for travel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Current clinical experience with behavior therapy
• Empathy in interactions with clients and staff
