As part of Dialogue’s mission, your role as an EAP Provider will empower individuals across Canada to navigate their mental health challenges. You'll receive referrals based on demand in your area, ensuring your existing practice is supplemented effectively. The position promotes a supportive, judgment-free atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming client case referrals from Dialogue
• Offer goal-focused consultations to clients
• Support clients in understanding personal obstacles
• Foster an open dialogue about mental health challenges
• Connect clients with external resources as required
Requirements:
• Degree in counseling or psychology-related field
• Valid professional license and insurance mandatory
• Office access in Canada for therapeutic sessions
• Short-term counseling experience preferred
• Familiarity with community resources an asset
