Position: Disability Management Expert Mackenzie Health
Join Mackenzie Health as a Disability Management Specialist focused on occupational health and wellness. Manage workplace health programs while ensuring safe return-to-work opportunities for employees.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director, applying your expertise in disability claim management to support ill or injured staff. A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience are essential.

Your role will be pivotal in developing and facilitating modified work plans to assist employee recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the effective delivery of health programs

• Identify early return-to-work opportunities

• Communicate with WSIB and manage related files

• Provide proactive case management support

• Foster safety and health within the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field

• Minimum three years in Disability Management

• Competence with Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills

• Commitment to safety policies and inclusion
