Key Responsibilities:
• Aid residents with personal activities like hygiene and dressing
• Improve communication through sensory aid encouragement
• Administer medication under supervision with additional training
• Facilitate access to assistive devices for comfort
• Provide ongoing social and emotional support to residents
Requirements:
• Completed a recognized Personal Support Worker program
• Experienced in bedside care and aware of treatment procedures
• Dedicated to meaningful care for seniors
• Skillful in navigating interactions with residents and families
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
