In this position, you will lead a team dedicated to patient care while managing clinical standards and service delivery. Reporting to the Director, your role will encompass staff development, financial oversight, and collaboration with various stakeholders. You will be instrumental in advocating for inclusivity and equity within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster leadership in service planning and quality
• Manage human resources and support staff wellness
• Oversee program development and evaluation
• Handle financial/resource management within budget
• Ensure effective utilization and performance measurement
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Audiology or Speech-Language Pathology
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Strong management and supervisory skills
• Valid driver’s license for travel needs
• Proficient in English with strong communication
Lead improvements in communication health services as a Clinical Manager at Hearing and Speech Nova Scotia.
