Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mentorship to pharmacy learners
• Ensure accurate and timely medication distribution
• Lead initiatives aligned with pharmacy standards
• Collaborate on quality improvement and safety projects
• Comply with organizational policies and safety practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD qualification
• Registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Minimum two years hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of medication safety practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
