Key Responsibilities:
• Connect and engage with 50+ tenants through peer support
• Lead daily programming and support groups for participants
• Assist in maintaining independence and accessing community resources
• Work alongside healthcare professionals for holistic support
• Create a safe and supportive environment fostering recovery
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant community experience
• Familiarity with the mental health and recovery process
• Strong commitment to equity and diversity values
• Proficient communication skills required
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Screening must be maintained
