As an associate reporting to the Vision Centre Manager, you'll focus on ordering and dispensing quality eyewear. Work collaboratively with Optometrists and healthcare providers to build strong community relationships. Identify and troubleshoot any issues to ensure excellent customer experiences while adhering to Walmart's values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order and dispense high-quality eyewear for customers
• Maximize sales by promoting Walmart's optical brand
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in and out of Walmart
• Solve customer issues promptly to enhance satisfaction
• Adhere to regional regulatory standards in practice
Requirements:
• Familiarity with optical business practices
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment for optics
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to develop partnerships within the community
• Experience in similar roles preferred
