Become a Behavioral Health EAP Provider at Com Psych and deliver quality counseling services to employees and their families. Engage in solution-focused sessions that prioritize client well-being.
Com Psych invites licensed clinicians to join their EAP Provider Network, providing high-quality counseling through in-person and remote sessions. This position focuses on delivering practical strategies for mental wellness, from managing workplace stress to developing coping skills. Providers will document sessions accurately following regulatory standards and work collaboratively within Com Psych’s framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver short-term EAP counseling to employees and households
• Conduct clinical evaluations and intake assessments
• Guide clients through various emotional health challenges
• Keep precise clinical records and documentation
• Coordinate care with Com Psych's clinical processes
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health area
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience post-graduation
• Valid professional accreditation or registration
• Maintain active liability insurance as needed
• Recent resume or CV submission required
