Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a Renal Program Assistant Manager in Halifax for a long-term full-time assignment. The role oversees day-to-day operations of the Western Zone Dialysis Program, staffing, scheduling, and payroll, while driving quality, safety and accreditation initiatives.
Reporting to the Renal Program Health Services Manager, you will mentor staff, lead interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure effective decision-making in a fast-paced clinical environment.
